The challenge

Regulated financial institutions across Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and Côte d'Ivoire face strict multi-jurisdictional scrutiny (CBN, BoG, BCEAO). Sierra Crest required a sovereign digital platform and product showcase for their RiskVerse 360 program that conveys executive credibility to CROs and board directors.
